Eureka Coffee and Growers Espresso are currently looking for a few good places to feature our fine coffees.
In addition, there is also an opportunity for 1 or 2 larger cafes (or cafe groups) to join us in relationship roasting - this is where we train you to roast and source your own coffee and to develop your own brand for your venue(s) as part of an ongoing close relationship.
Over the past 2 years we have worked closely with Steve and Trevor Simmons from Penny Farthing Espresso and Industry Beans in roaster training, green bean procurement, cupping protocols and blend development - however the time has now come to say good-bye, good luck and congratulations as the boys launch their new roastery in Fitzroy next month. It has been fantastic to watch their roasting business grow significantly over the past 2 years and we are proud to have contributed to that success. Keep an eye out for their new roastery, Industry Beans - it will be one of the highlight openings and new venues for 2013.
We roast only the best specialty coffees at our North Fitzroy roastery and espresso bar. Our roasting operation has been the launching pad for many fine baristas, roasters and trainers in Melbourne. These opportunities will suit passionate coffee focused operators who are interested to expand and improve their business. We are also able to assist with supply and sale of equipment with preferential pricing and obviously an ongoing training program is provided.
