  • Special Release Colombia Rafael Amaya Anaerobic Washed Process

Produced by Rafael Amaya on his plantation in the Timana growing region of Huila.  After very selective hand picking, Rafael allows the cherries to ferment for up to 40 hours in an anaerobic environment prior to pulping, washing and then sun drying. Very enjoyable results with caramel, stone fruit and orange flavours dominating.
