The amazing flavours of our Ethiopian coffees continue to amaze. The Ethiopia Shakisso (washed) and Konga (natural) are very well presented coffees and offer distinct flavours ranging from floral, tropical fruits and berries.
The Ming Solok from Sumatra is a bigger body coffee typical from the region but also displays lovely stonefruit and spice.
The Colombia La Norena Microlot (washed) has wonderful candied fruits, tangerine and beautiful chocolate finish.
The Panama Maunier Estate Natural Bourbon is packed with big fruity goodness. This coffee has proved stunning in the cold drip.
The popular East Timor Maubesse Fair Trade Organic has been immaculately processed. It has typical big cocoa and spice flavours and is a favourite with our milk based coffee drinkers.
Our Swiss Water Decaf offering from Peru, the Cafe Femenino Fair Trade Organic, is a sweet rich coffee which has surprised even the most fussy espresso drinker. Big chocolate finish and light acidity.
And finally our Australian grown Eureka Coffee Premium Espresso Blend, winner of a Gold medal at the most recent Golden Bean National Roasters Awards, is tasting rich with chocolate, cherry and almonds evident throughout. We also have limited stocks of our special release Australian bin lot coffees each week - but be quick as these are only roasted in very small batches.
Cheers and happy coffee drinking. Thanks to the weather Gods for the cooler January temperatures too.
