Australian Industry Cupping Night

A big night last night at Growers, with seven other roasters participating in our cupping and information evening reviewing 2009 crop Australian grown coffees. A variety of processing styles, including washed, semi-washed, double pass, and naturals were evaluated and discussed. The cupping night will provide some information and input for Mark Ryan's article to appear in the next edition of Bean Scene Magazine.

A big thanks to Fleur (Market Lane), Andrew (Small Batch), Scott (Veneziano), Tom (Five Senses), Richard (Grinders and Australian Coffee Trees), Hootan (Wide Open Road Coffee), and Bruno (C4 Coffee) for coming along and providing input.

The stand out coffees, and feedback on last year's coffees, well you will have to wait for Bean Scene Magazine to come out won't you.
