Australian Grown Coffee Cupping at the Showgrounds Farmers' Market this Sunday (8th August)

Join us for a free cupping session featuring a diverse Australian grown coffee selection. Coffees from Far North QLD (Atherton Tablelands) and Northern NSW (Byron Bay hinterland) will be featured. The selection will include washed, semi washed and natural processed coffees. Cupping is the world-wide industry standard methodology for assessing coffee quality and characteristics - aroma/fragrance, acidity, flavour, body, and aftertaste - we will explain the methodology and importance of cupping as we walk you through the session. Free tastings of various coffees through the pour-over station will be available following the cupping.

10.00-11.30am - Sunday, 8th August 2010 - Melbourne Showgrounds Farmers' Market
