We've been testing the new La Marzocco and Roburs for the past fortnight and the result is some pretty special shots through the triple baskets - amazing depth of flavours in the single origin Australian Eureka blend. The new Linea paddle is also hopefully not far away to feature our expanding range of single origins.
This weekend features a big event coffee catering line up for Eureka with the Collingwood Children's Farm Farmers' Market (Saturday 8am-1pm), Melbourne Showgrounds Farmers' Market (Sunday 9am-1pm), and also Qantas' 90th Anniversary celebrations on Saturday.
Feature coffees this week at Growers Espresso include Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Cabey (through the filter) and Guatemala Finca Santa Clara as a single origin espresso. Our house blend Eureka Australian is also working a treat this week.
