Eureka Coffee and Growers Espresso have won both Gold and Silver Medals at this week's celebrated CSR Golden Bean National Coffee Roasters Competition. The fantastic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (Cabey) proved a standout in the Filter class winning Gold (under our Growers Espresso Special Release range), while our ever reliable Eureka Coffee Premium Espresso again won Silver, this time in the Australian Coffee Class.
Eureka Coffee and Growers Espresso has always featured well in the annual awards, winning multiple Silver and Bronze each year - but this is our first taste of Gold. We were also one of only two roasters from Victoria to win Gold, the other being Veneziano Coffee in the Coffee Chain Class (for Cafenatics). A big congratulations to Mahalia from Mahalia Coffee in Robe (SA) who won the overall Golden Bean - well done.
