The work is varied & interesting and you will learn about all facets of coffee - from the plantation, to the roaster, to the cup.
The Barista - Passionate and experienced - and willing to learn and develop. You will be working with a fun, hard working team using our multi award winning coffee - Eureka Coffee (100% Australian grown) and Growers Espresso label coffees (over 20 different specialty single origin coffees) - all coffee is roasted on site at our North Fitzroy roastery/espresso bar.
You will be using La Marzocco machines in store (Linea AV and Linea Paddle) and Mazzer grinders. Our coffee catering and Farmers' Market work allows some variation and the chance to meet and serve a diverse selection of customers.
You must be able to work Saturdays with the other priority shifts at this stage being Monday and Tuesday, and also Wednesday and Thursday late morning/afternoons.
Espresso Bar Food Staff - Passionate and experienced food preparation and service staff are also required. You will also be expected to learn and be passionate about coffee. Shifts will be morning based at our North Fitzroy espresso bar/roastery.
