Hamish and Mark leave this Sunday (23/10) for the Byron Bay hinterland where growers are in the middle of harvesting and processing. It's an extremely busy time on plantations and we will be catching up with 8-10 growers from which we source coffee. We hope to bring you some interesting photos and also some examples of coffee at different stages in the process upon our return.
