The work is varied & interesting and you will learn about all facets of coffee - from the plantation, to the roaster, to the cup.
The Barista - Passionate and experienced - and willing to learn and develop. You will be working with a fun, hard working team using our multi award winning coffee - Eureka Coffee (100% Australian grown) and Growers Espresso label coffees (over 20 different specialty single origin coffees) - all coffee is roasted on site at our North Fitzroy roastery/espresso bar.
You will be using La Marzocco machines in store (Linea AV and Linea Paddle) and Mazzer grinders. Our coffee catering and Farmers' Market work allows some variation and the chance to meet and serve a diverse selection of customers. Being a team player, you will be expected to assist with all areas of cafe operations and service.
You must be able to work a flexible roster - Monday to Saturday. Base rosters are prepared 2 months in advance.
