Description

Our new Decaf offering from Colombia uses naturally occurring ethyl acetate (a by-product of fermented sugars) as a solvent to bond and remove caffeine from green coffee. The extensive processing involves the subsequent removal of ethyl acetate and caffeine from the coffee while retaining the natural flavours of the coffee.
