The latest of five coffees from the Koerintji Barokah Coop which is located on a plateau at the base of the volcano Mt Kerinci. This innovative anaerobic (absence of free oxygen) natural process lot involves storing the selective harvest cherry in airtight bags for 7 days prior to the rigorous and meticulous pulping, drying and sorting of the coffee. This produces a very interesting and bold coffee.
