January 2011 welcomes our new Farmers' Market inspired menu at our Growers Espresso store and roastery. Produce from the growers and artisan producers, who we know and love through our Farmers Market involvement over the past 8 years, will be on show in our evolving and dymanic menu.
This month features: heirloom tomatoes, cauliflower and zucchini from Spring Creek Organics; beautiful cheeses from Red Hill Cheese and Locheilan Farmhouse; Milawa Free Range Chicken; Gypsy Pig free range rare breed ham; Shaw River Buffalo Mozzarella; Schulz Organic Farms Yoghurt and Cream; Warialda Belted Galloway Beef Salami; Koallah Farm Eggs; Nicholas Olive Estate Victorian Olive Oil; Garfield Smoked Barramundi; Verde Provedore Pesto; Mt Zero Olives; Misty Springs Berri Jams; Happy Fruit Almonds; and there is a lot more too....
